Origin
Josh got his start in paid advertising scaling e-commerce brands, consistently hitting 13 to 14X return on ad spend before most people his age had run a single campaign.
In 2018 and 2019, he joined Gym Launch at the founding era. For anyone who knows the business-building space, Gym Launch is the company that systematized gym ownership at scale. That is where Josh learned what it actually looks like when systems drive growth instead of hustle.
The Build
From there, Josh ran the entire paid ads department at Elite CEOs, managing over $300,000 a month in ad spend and scaling the business to $130,000 in monthly recurring revenue at its peak.
He then became Director of Marketing at Conversionly, where he managed the strategy for 800 clients across a 3-month program. A large portion of those clients were home service businesses. That is where the depth in contractor marketing got built. Not by reading about it, but by running campaigns across hundreds of accounts simultaneously.
The Proof
The clearest illustration of what Josh builds: when he joined Franchise Empire, the business was generating $460,000 per year. Two years later, it hit $2.1 million. That growth came from Josh running and scaling their paid ads from $3,000 a month to $50,000 a month, with the systems in place to convert the traffic at each stage of that scale.
The Decision
At the end of 2025, Josh left his last director-level position to build Elite Builders with Sam. Not because the career was not working. Because he had spent a decade building systems for other companies and was ready to build one of his own, specifically for home service contractors who want the same level of operational firepower applied to their business.
