Josh Madu and Sam Reidy met in the trenches of the marketing world, working inside some of the biggest names in the game like Gym Launch, Conversionly, and Elite CEOs. Between them they managed 300+ ad accounts and millions in ad spend, building the systems that drove real returns at scale, and both climbed the ranks to Director of Marketing.
From the inside, they saw the same gap nobody was fixing: contractors were being kept in the dark. Sold smoke and mirrors instead of getting educated, handed jargon instead of results, and left behind by the rest of the industry, especially on AI, which most agencies still haven’t figured out, even though it makes everything easier.
So they built Elite Builders, the growth partner that builds your business systems with you, not just for you. No account managers. No reports full of numbers that don’t move the needle. Just two operators on your side of the table.
